Chapter 38

Jamie POV

Chris?! Chris… What the heck is Chris doing with Aaron?! Is he helping him?! Is he helping us?!……… Woah, woah, WOAH! What about Kathy?!

They shut the door, I sat up and got off the bed. I ran to the door and tried to open it the door, no… It was freaken locked! “open!” I said, trying to pull the door open. I stopped and though ‘maybe I’m being stupid…. PUSH!’

I turned the knob and tried to push the door open, but it didn’t help. “Stupid door!” I yelled and kicked the door.

I turned around and saw Kain was laying down on the bed, ‘is he sleeping?’ I asked myself ‘why is he here?!’ I walked to the bed and sat next to Kain. He looked like he was sleeping, I had the biggest erg to comb his hair with my fingers. I did it anyway, its not bad!

His eyes slowly opened. I say “hey”

He quickly sat up and looked around the room and asks “where are we?”

“Now you know how it feels to be kidnap, don’t you?” I smiled

Kain says “we need to get out.” He gets off the bed and walks to the door.

I tell him “its locked”

Kain starts to try to open the door and groans

I said “told ya”

Kain looks around the room he walks to the bed and looks under the bed.

“Kain, we are trapped” I tell him

“We can’t be” he stands up and looks around. He muttered “I can’t believe I didn’t see Aaron following me”

I ask “what do you mean he followed you?” I stood up and walk to Kain

Kain looks at me then at the ground, he says “its my fault that we are trapped”

The words “your the stupid brother?!” Slipped out from my mouth ‘no! Come back words! do over!’ I thought

“What?!” He looks at he me

“I-I-I mean….Chris!” No wait…. What am I saying?!

“What about chris?” Kain asks me.

“……… I think…. He’s working with…. Aaron” I told him. Well I do! Why else would he be here?!

“Why would you think that?” Kain asks.

Someone knocks on the door, then they come in. It was Chris, he asks “hey guys”

Kain walks up to Chris and asks “where?s Aaron?”

Chris says “oh, we caught him.” He looks behind him and nods.

I was just standing their, watching two strange guys come in the room. One guy walks to me and the other walks behind kain. He puts a gun behind his head, Kain looks at Chris and asks Chris “what are you doing?”

The guy walks to me and grabs my arms behind me, he starts tying a rope around my wrists. Kain watches the guy tie my wrists. Kain starts sayin “Chris….”

Aaron casually walks in and stands next to Chris. ?Chris freaken lied!!? I thought. Aaron says “its funny how the boyfriend let us take his girlfriend” Aaron winks at me.

Kain says “I didn’t let you take her!”

Aaron says “did I say you were her boyfriend?” His face grew a smirk. Then yells out the door “bring him in”

Then a guy pushes a guy in the room, the guy had a paper bag over his head and his wrists were tied behind his back. ‘Is that nick?’ I ask myself ‘no way! It can’t be!’

Chris walks to the guy and pulls his paper bag odd his head. Oh my god! “Jason?” I said

His mouth was duck taped and he mumbled something. Kain says “they aren’t going out!”

I looked down. the guy that tied my wrists, he stood behind me, I could just feel his stare on me. Which made me nervous

Aaron says “why don’t you ask Jamie?” I looked up.

Kain looks at me, I looks away. I felt my face burning up.

Chris suggested “why don’t we leave them three to talk. Catch up on some things” Chris looks at Jason and it looked like he gave Jason a glare.

Aaron smiled and said “sure” the guy behind me walks out, the guy holding a gun to Kains head headed towards the door. “Wait” Aaron said to the guy. The guy stopped and looked at Aaron. Aaron says “leave the gun, I wanna see how this ends” The guy gave Aaron his gun. Aaron walks in the middle of us. Me, Kain and Jason sorta were in a triangle. Aaron puts the gun right in the middle and says with a smirk “if someone dies, it’ll make me feel less guilty of killing a killer”

Chris walks to Jason and quickly yanked off the duck tape off Jasons mouth. “Aw!” Jason mutters looking down.

Chris looked pissed off, why??? I don’t know! His face looked like it was full of anger.

Chris crumpled the duck tape, Jason gave Chris a horrible glare too. Chris walks out the door, Aaron left after him, leaving with a smirk. He shut the door.

Kain looked like he was in shock. Jason was the first one to speak, “we need to get out before-”

Kain butts in “you two are together?!”

Jason says “no, were not-” what?!

“Why the hell did Aaron say you two are?!”Kain angrily asks.

Jason turns around and tells Kain “untie me”

Kain looks at me and asks “its him isn’t it?”

Jason says “Kain, no we are NOT together. She doesn’t like me anymore than she likes you. So can you please untie me?!”

Kain walks to gun and looks at it. Kain walks to me and look me in the eyes, his sad eyes. Then asks me “are you two together?”

“No” I said then looked at Jason and said “we were never together” I didn’t know if I was lying. We sorta were, but it wasn’t really official… Maybe not…

“Ok” Kain walks behind me and starts untying me. I looked Jason, he wasn’t even looking at me! He looked at the door! I’m not going to lie, when he denied us, being… US… I really felt like someone knocked out the happiness COMPLETELY out of me…… ‘I shouldve ran away with him…’ I thought.

Kain kiss my neck and whispers in my ear “babe… I-”

“Well” Jason says and walks to Kain “are you going to help me out or not?”

Kain walks behind Jason and unties Jason. Kain walks to the bed and sits down, he says “I knew Chris would do something to help Aaron. I knew he would backstab us”

Jason stands next to me and says “Chris isn’t helping Aaron. He’s helping us”

Kain sarcastically ask “does it look like he?s helping us?! How did he even find us?!”

I finally spoke “why did Aaron say that you let they take me?” I asked Jason

Jason looks around the room and starts fidgeting “umm… I… I-I went…. I don’t know”

Kain looks at Jason suspiciously and asks “why were you in Jamie’s neighborhood?”

Truths out…. It is!

No one spoke, it was silent. Kain looked at both of us and Jason looked at me. I looked down, ‘do I have to say it?’ I thought.

Kain repeats his question “Jason, why were you her neighborhood?”
